  • Fees by Location
    • Australia: AUD 14.95 per return. Free if you choose Store Credit.
    • Rest of World: USD 9.95 flat rate per return.

    Return fees are deducted from your refund where applicable.

  • Condition Guidelines

    Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact. Please try garments over clean undergarments. Items returned otherwise may be refused or incur a restocking adjustment.

  • Refund Timing

    Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and refund processing. Your bank’s posting time may vary.

  • Exchanges

    We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the item you’d like and return the original per the policy above.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please start a return via our Returns Portal and attach supporting photos. Our team will review your request and issue a full refund.

  • Final Sale

    Final‑sale items (if marked) are not eligible for return. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.

  • Exceptions to Returns
    • For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.
    • All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns lodged beyond this period.
    • Please note, a return may also be declined if: The item shows any signs of wear, marks, stains, or other forms of damage. The item is not returned with its original packaging or with tags/labels intact.

    Jennitic reserves the right to respectfully refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
