RETURNS

  • Return Fees by Region
    • Australia: AUD 14.95 per return. Free if you choose Store Credit.
    • Rest of World: USD 9.95 flat rate per return.

    Return fees are deducted from your refund where applicable.

  • Return Condition Guide

    Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact. Please try garments over clean undergarments. Items returned otherwise may be refused or incur a restocking adjustment.

  • Refund Timeframe

    Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and refund processing. Your bank’s posting time may vary.

  • Exchanges

    Exchanges can be made easily through our returns portal — including instant exchanges.

    Select your new size or style, return the original with the prepaid label, and your replacement will be sent right away.

  • If You Received a Faulty Item

    If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal with supporting photos attached. Our team will review it promptly and issue a full refund once approved.

  • Final Sale

    Final‑sale items (if marked) are not eligible for return. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.

  • Exceptions to Returns
    • For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.
    • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns lodged beyond this period.
    • Please note, a return may also be declined if: The item shows any signs of wear, marks, stains, or other forms of damage. The item is not returned with its original packaging or with tags/labels intact.
